Tart, if I remember it's just some licensed music that seemed to fit.
Somewhere there's an online music store where you can enter a composer's name and get music that "sounds like"
At the time of the initial launch of the Portland website, Finding Nemo has just been released by Pixar Animation Studios. Thomas Newman wrote the score for that film and Brannon, Portland CEO, likes Thomas Newman's music.
So, longer-ish story short, we have some licensed music that is supposed to sound like Thomas Newman and that's where we are today with things.
